Requests are not offers
Interest requests, tour requests and consultations are nonbinding requests to the brokerage. They are not purchase offers, contracts, or representation agreements.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information. Ownership claims must be truthful; false claims will be rejected and the account may be closed.
Acceptable use
No scraping, spam, harassment of homeowners, or attempts to access other users' data.
Fair housing
We comply with fair housing laws and do not discriminate on any protected basis.
